Melody was amazing to work with. I had this custom engagement ring made and it was perfect. Melody adhered to any request I had and went above and beyond in the creation of the ring. It was shipped very quickly and she even sent 3D models of the ring during the process to ensure I was satisfied. In the end, the ring came out better than I could have imagined and my fiancé loved it!

This wasn’t an issue at all as Vinny & Charles posted a ring sizer for us to confirm the correct sizing and then resized our ring, free of charge. It was an amazing experience and I will purchase from them again.

I absolutely love my engagement and wedding rings created by Vinny and Charles. My husband found Vinny and Charles because I love wattle and one of their bands features a wattle leaf design. It was a beautiful surprise. Chris and Melody designed a beautiful matching wedding band to fit my engagement ring. Their service has been brilliant and friendly. We live interstate but it has not been an issue. I have since had my engagement ring resized and cleaned using postage. Chris and Melody have gone above and beyond to help every step of the way.

Vinny and Charles are perfect if you are looking for unique, understated but stunning rings. I was after something that reflected me and my personality and the three diamond leaf engagement ring was absolutely perfect. The viewing was relaxed and comfortable, although I had a hard time choosing between so many beautiful options! I had the centre stone customised and the final piece was more beautiful and sparkly than I could have imagined. I can't wait to get a matching wedding ring to go with it :)
