At Vinny & Charles, we believe in the quality of our work, and that is why we offer a 90 Day Return policy on all of our fine jewelry pieces. Please review the details below.
Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please do get in touch with us as soon as possible if you experience any problems with your order.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of being received back in our workshop. Please allow up to 14 working days for the entire process to be completed. Normal manufacturing time will apply for exchanges.

Customised Orders
Custom, engraved or personalised orders, as well as sale items, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Payment Plan Orders
Payment plan orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee for change of mind returns.
